It's about 1 to 2 millimeters too small in both dimensions. When I applied it, I aligned to the top of my screen, so now the bottom 2 mm of my screen is not protected. You should try to align it 2-3 mm from the top of the screen.

This screen cover is excellent since it allows the screen to be folded in per OEM specs. The cover easily applies and you can't tell it is there once in place. I hope they don't stop making these things should I want to replace once this gets some wear on it.

Works fine for what it is intended to do. I could not get all the bubbles out after applying, and I think the price is double what it should be, but what are you going to do?Probably more profit margin on this than on my camera.

When I first looked to purchase this product, I expected to get what the photo represented. What I got instead was similar, except a lower black band that reflected D5100 on the right corner, but in this black band, it hid the Nikon label from view. So, 1 point against for representation, but 10 points for doing what its supposed to do...protect that plastic screen from being scratched. So what if Nikon isn't shown, they make it reflect what actually is meant to fit the area by the model number. I can live with that. If it cracks, rather it than on the body! I think it will hold up just fine in most any circumstance.

I really liked this product, however once you take it off and try to reuse it I could not get it clean again (at least on the side that sticks to the camera). Really good product but threw away after use. It was worth what I paid.

Bought this because I wanted the whole display covered, had bought a cut to fit version that worked ok, this does not completely cover the display which seems like it should they are all the same size, and that's what I wanted...it gets 3 stars because the transaction and merchant was smooth and quick, minus 2 stars because there is a slight gap along edge and I wanted to completely cover screen...

I purchased this in the hopes that it would keep smudges off the screen when shooting through the eyepiece. There were some good and bad reviews of this product and thought I would take a chance. I have applied screen protectors on iPhones and iPads and know the process. Things started out good with a clean screen and no debris at all. However even with their supplied scraper or a credit card I could not remove all of the bubbles from under the protector. Even though they say it can be reapplied, it can't. It will never stick corectly again. One of the corners will no longer stay adhered and is bent upwards making it very easy for the cover to come off or let debris in. I do not recommend buying this protector. What is even more annoying is that shipping cost more than the protector itself. Don't Buy!

the Reusable Screen Protector for Nikon D5100 fits perfectly! only little glare seen when using this screen protecter. Very easy to put on 1. clean screen 2. apply screen protector, 3. remove ait bubbles. Only issue i had is that i got one air bubble that i could not remove in the lower right corner of the screen, it's not in the way so i left it in fear of making more bubbles.
